What is the language of instruction?
The language of instruction is Turkish. In the preparatory class, intensive Arabic language education is provided by native Arabic-speaking instructors.
How long is the education period? Is there a preparatory class?
The education lasts for 5 years, consisting of a 1-year Arabic preparatory program followed by 4 years of undergraduate studies.

How can I enroll in the Divinity School?
Students who achieve the required score in the Higher Education Institutions Examination (YKS) conducted by ÖSYM can enroll in our School.
What is the attendance requirement?
Students are required to attend courses. The minimum attendance requirement is 80% in the preparatory class and 70% in other classes. Students who fail to meet these requirements are not eligible to take end-of-term or final exams.
Is there a summer school? What courses are offered?
The announcement regarding courses offered in summer school is published on our website at the end of June each year.

Is there an option for distance education?
Distance education is available only in İLİTAM (Undergraduate Completion Program) program. Students who complete a two-year Degree can enroll in our School through the External Transfer Exam (DGS).
Is studying at the School subject to tuition fees?
Regular (formal) education is free of charge. However, İLİTAM program students are required to pay tuition fees for each semester.
Is there an internship requirement?
No, our School does not have a mandatory internship requirement.

You can obtain information from the student affairs office or the student clubs coordinator and voluntarily apply to the clubs you are interested in.

Is Pedagogical Formation education provided?
Yes, students can take Pedagogical Formation courses in our School and gain the right to become teachers.
In which fields can graduates work?
Graduates can primarily work in religious services under the Presidency of Religious Affairs (as an Imam, Muezzin, Qur’an Instructor, etc.) and as teachers under the Ministry of National Education. Additionally, they can be employed in institutions such as the Ministry of Youth and Sports and the Ministry of Family and Social Services.
